Tell us about Atelier Latesha!
I’m a branding and premium pricing coach for female-led service business owners and business coaches. I help them learn to build and leverage brand authority online so they can sell their high-ticket and premium services for $1,500 or more.
What is your favorite ClickUp feature?
I have an employee and I love the feature that allows me to create automations for tasks. Instead of them having to assign things manually as the status changes.
Now, as we move tasks we love that ClickUp’s Automations will assign the task to the correct person based on the status. This helps us streamline all of our business operations and saves us time.
How do you use ClickUp for your business?
I run my entire business from ClickUp. It’s where my clients are onboarded and it’s where my staff and I manage all of our business processes. It keeps us organized and helps keep everyone in the company on the same page.
What tools, if any, do you integrate with ClickUp?
Zapier for ActiveCampaign, Slack, Zoom, Gmail, MemberVault, ThriveCart, Dubsado, and Instagram. We love the fact that emails can be sent directly from the task.
Instead of everyone on my team having to log into Gmail or copy and paste content for the email, they can go to the client’s task and use an email template to email them directly from the company Gmail.
We love that we have multiple email signatures as well to choose from for everyone on the team.
Choose from thousands of ClickUp Integrations to level up your workflow and save time!
About how many hours a week do you save using ClickUp & what do you do with that time back?
With these extra 4 hours each week, I actually spend time working in my business. Doing the activities that generate income. I can actually take breaks and things don’t fall through the cracks. I can pack up for the day a lot sooner.
How has ClickUp improved your work and life?
It has made my business more organized. I actually have an employee onboarding and training system now. I have a way for my team to know what is being done.
I have one central hub to connect all the apps that I use to run my business. I’m able to better manage internal and external communication which was a big flaw in my business. I can end the workday feeling very aware of what my workload is and I’m less overwhelmed now.
What advice do you have for others looking to streamline their productivity?
Start off by tackling something simple like your inbox. ClickUp can help you manage all of your inboxes and communicate from your email address. It’s such a time saver when working with employees and clients. And most of all, document EVERYTHING. 💫
When you see your processes written out you can find ways to improve them and document how to run those processes so you can contract or hire help to outsource some of those duties.
