ClickUp and The Blissful Step

Think of ClickUp as the home base where everything lives, and The Blissful Step as the team that actually sets it up so it makes sense for your brain and your business.

Here's how it works: when a client comes to us, we don't just throw them into ClickUp and say "good luck." We start by looking at what's actually going on in their business, how they're communicating, how tasks get done (or don't), where things fall through the cracks. That's the audit. Once we understand the real picture, we build their ClickUp setup around how they actually work, not around some cookie-cutter template that looks pretty but nobody uses.

Inside ClickUp, we create things like client trackers, lead trackers, content boards, and project management spaces, all custom to the business. We also build out an SOP library (basically a "how to do the thing" reference guide so your team stops asking where stuff is), set up automations so repetitive tasks handle themselves, and create dashboards that let you see what's happening at a glance without digging through fifty tabs.

But here's the part that makes it different: we don't just build it and bounce. We train the team on how to use it. We walk the CEO through the system. We check in over the course of about 6 to 8 weeks with milestone calls, make adjustments, and do a proper handoff so everyone feels confident using it on their own.

We also connect ClickUp with other tools the business already uses, like Flodesk for emails, Google Drive for files, or Practice Better for client management, so everything talks to each other instead of living in separate silos.
