She was struggling with the daily chaos created by business tools that weren't working the way she needed them to. Instead of using this time to help her students, she was losing hours each week to manual, routine tasks, and was in the dark about the status of her team's client work. New Leaf Digital completely streamlined and restructured Summit Academic Support’s backend operations using ClickUp and Relay.app, replacing manual processes with automated workflows. She no longer manages her work or workload in a tangled mess of Google Sheets. Now, she has a calm, scalable system that gave her and her team clarity, confidence, and more time to focus on students and results.

Instead of managing her work in a mess of texts and emails, each new order is immediately loaded into ClickUp, complete with the customer details, order specifics, and production notes, allowing her to deliver work faster while monitoring her workload.

For a tax and bookkeeping firm, I designed and implemented a comprehensive ClickUp workspace to streamline client management, service delivery, and team workflows. Each client was organized into dedicated folders, and lists, with automations set up to handle admin tasks, due dates, and status updates automatically. I created custom checklists and tracking systems for bookkeeping, commercial income tax, payroll, and month-end processes, ensuring every task was easy to monitor and update. To support efficient operations, I developed a suite of reusable templates and dashboards for tracking clients, tax filings, payroll, 1099s, licensing, and more including tailored with custom fields for state-specific requirements. I also produced detailed documentation, including 43 training videos, to empower the team and ensure smooth onboarding. Over 100 project tasks were completed, many requiring creative solutions beyond standard automations, demonstrating my ability to deliver organized, scalable systems for complex service-based businesses.
