A software development company were already using ClickUp for delivery and leadership dashboards for visibility into sprints, workloads and due dates – but HR still struggled to spot early signs of overload and disengagement. We designed a ClickUp Super Agent that reads the same Dev folder data as their dashboards and posts a short, narrative team-health summary into a dedicated ClickUp chat channel every week. It watches for patterns like spikes in overdue or blocked work, repeated scope creep in sprints and individuals carrying far more active tasks than their peers, then links straight back to the right dashboards. The result: HR and engineering leaders now start their conversations from a small set of meaningful signals instead of hunting through reports – catching emerging risks sooner and having more focused, practical team-health check-ins.
