Your operations should run on a system, not on you.
Most projects start the same way: work is scattered, the team isn't aligned, and the founder is managing everything from memory and meetings. I step in to change that.
I build or clean up the operating system (usually inside ClickUp) so priorities, workflows, tasks, and team responsibilities all have one clear place to live. Then I stabilize it: fix the breakdowns, train the team, document the processes, and create consistency across daily operations.
From there, I don't disappear. I stay on as an ongoing operations partner: managing the system, supporting the team, maintaining visibility, and making sure everything keeps working as the business grows.
I don't operate as task-based support. I take ownership of the operational layer so you're not constantly thinking about how work is being tracked, followed up on, or moved forward.
Two ways to work together: a project-based build to get the right systems in place, or an ongoing monthly partnership where I stay involved to manage and optimize long-term.
I build and manage the operating system behind growing businesses.
Most teams don't have a tool problem. They have a structure problem. Work is scattered, visibility is low, handoffs break, and the founder is still the bottleneck. ClickUp is powerful, but only when it's architected around how your team actually operates.
That's what I do.
I'm an Operations Manager and Systems Architect. I help growing teams turn ClickUp into one clean operating system for execution, accountability, and scale. Not just tasks and lists. Workflows, dashboards, automations, training, reporting, and ongoing operations support.

Common problems I solve:
How I work with clients:
→ Operations Audit: I assess how your team tracks work and identify exactly where things are breaking down.
→ System Builds: Full ClickUp workspace design: workflows, automations, dashboards, templates, training.
→ Managed Operations: I stay on monthly to manage, optimize, and evolve the system as your business grows.
→ Fractional Ops Leadership: Deeper operational partnership with team coordination, reporting, and executive support.
Best fit for:
Marketing and creative agencies, service providers, and growing teams (5-50+ people) who need more than a tool. They need someone to own the operational layer.
I don't build and disappear. I build, stabilize, and stay.
