CRM and ClickUp kept aligned through a signed-off field map, so sales and delivery read the same record and nobody retypes a job. Two-way where it needs to be, with a reconciliation pass so the two systems do not quietly drift apart.
Elemra AI is a UK automation consultancy working with owner-led businesses and small teams, typically 1 to 50 people with no internal operations function. We use ClickUp as the operational spine and connect it to everything else the business already runs.
Three things make up most of the work. We design the Workspace itself, so that the hierarchy, statuses and fields match how the business actually delivers rather than how a tool suggests it should. We connect ClickUp to the CRM, the shared inbox, the forms and the databases, so a record entered once does not need entering again. And we take out the manual steps around it, using ClickUp Automations where they cover the rule and n8n, Trigger.dev or the API where they genuinely do not.
We are careful about the difference between a rule and a decision. Mechanics get automated. Judgement keeps a person in the loop, with an off switch your team can reach and a log of everything that fired.
Everything is handed over documented, with credentials in your own accounts. Your team can extend it without us, and you are never locked in.
"Our customer response times dropped from hours to minutes. Elemra built an intelligent triage system that routes, prioritises, and even drafts responses for our support team. It's like having an extra 3 people on the team."
Elemra AI was founded by Fabio Basone and works with owner-led businesses across professional services, accounting, healthcare, e-commerce and property. Engagements are fixed-price and delivered in phases, so a client sees something working before committing to the next stage.
We run our own operations on ClickUp. Our internal assistant is built on the ClickUp API and manages client delivery end to end, creating tasks, posting audit-trail comments, handling dependencies and reacting to webhooks. That has given us a working knowledge of the platform from the inside, including where its native features are the right answer and where they are not.
As a ClickUp Verified Consultant we take on Workspace design, integration, automation and onboarding work, including migrations from Asana, Monday, Trello, Jira, Notion and spreadsheets.
CRM and ClickUp kept aligned through a signed-off field map, so sales and delivery read the same record and nobody retypes a job. Two-way where it needs to be, with a reconciliation pass so the two systems do not quietly drift apart.
Email, web forms and third-party webhooks arrive as ClickUp tasks in the right List, with the right assignee and the fields reporting depends on already populated. Deduplicated, so the same enquiry arriving twice does not become two jobs.
Hierarchy, statuses and Custom Fields designed backwards from the reports the owner needs, rather than around the tool. Built in a sandbox first, so nobody has to work inside a half-finished structure while it is being designed.
Moves from Asana, Monday, Trello, Jira, Notion or spreadsheets, with comments and attachments carried over and counts reconciled before the old tool is retired. Dead lists and abandoned fields are deliberately left behind.
Dashboards and views an owner reads at a glance, kept honest by scheduled jobs that maintain the underlying fields. No more chasing people to update a status before the Monday meeting.
Classifying an inbound request, drafting a reply in the client voice, or summarising a long thread before it reaches a person. Always with a human gate wherever being wrong is expensive, and always with an off switch the team can reach.
