A Kuala Lumpur-based interior design and renovation company with 30–50 employees, established in 2016, faced operational challenges as workflows across Sales, Admin, Design, and Production were fragmented, causing miscommunication, delays, and missed deadlines. The lack of standardized processes led to inconsistent task execution, limited accountability, and time-consuming manual tracking. To address this, a centralized ClickUp workspace was implemented, with clear structures, dashboards, and role-based views to improve visibility and alignment, while automation streamlined handovers and updates. As a result, teams now work with greater clarity, consistency, and accountability, collaboration has improved, deadlines are met more reliably, and overall efficiency and project delivery have significantly increased.
