ClickUp is our core work management platform — and has been for over 6 years. We run our own fully systematized agency on ClickUp and have implemented it for 50+ clients with up to 150 employees, including complete change management processes from onboarding to full adoption.
We design and implement custom ClickUp workspaces as the central "CompanyOS" for our clients — including project structures, SOPs, dashboards, and automated workflows. We build custom automations that connect ClickUp with other systems (Make, Zapier, n8n), migrate data from legacy platforms to ClickUp, and are actively exploring ClickUp's native AI capabilities (including the Capacity Planning Agent) for enterprise clients.
