We are dedicated to helping service-based professionals and creative agencies build scalable backend operations that support growth and sustainability in business using ClickUp as the operational base.
Our goal is to support business owners in building a foundation for their projects, people, and processes by up-leveling and embracing high-impact systems.
It sounds like you have a unique perspective of ClickUp since you’re using it internally while also implementing it for customers. What would you say is your favorite ClickUp feature?
There are so many great features! Do I have to pick one?!
I’d say hands down the feature I love the most, and love setting up for my clients, is Dashboards. The Dashboard features are robust, so you can create a custom Dashboard to fit so many different use cases, and they’re a brilliant way to create a high-level client and team experiences.
Another reason that I love setting Dashboards up for my clients because it gives them deep insight into the performance of their business, the statuses of their projects, an overview of their people, and so much more.
I think a good Dashboard helps create a lot more internal and customer-facing transparency since everyone is getting access to the same information in the same place.
With the array of widgets the dashboard feature provides, I am not only able to set up a hub for business oversight but a centralized place for productivity.
How do you use ClickUp to push your projects forward?
I see ClickUp as a company’s operational base. With that idea in mind, I’ve created a hub inside of ClickUp that enables me and my team to be effective and productive day in and day out.
The systemized workflows I have built for our various projects are not only robust in functionality but incredibly seamless in how they drive productivity.
About how many hours a week do you save using ClickUp?
I’ve gained countless hours back by making ClickUp my base of operations. But if I were to break it down into weekly savings, I’m confident I save at least 10 hours a week through ClickUp.
What do you do with that time back?
Most importantly, I am able to spend more time staying focused in my zone of genius, so being more deliberate with the systems and strategies I create.
But I also use my time to support my clients while the ClickUp systems I’ve built support me and my team.
How has ClickUp improved your work and life?
ClickUp has improved my business and life in more ways than I can count. Not only has my productivity skyrocketed in my business, giving me time and energy back, but I’m also able to mirror this type of productivity for my clients as well.
What advice do you have for others looking to streamline their productivity?
You need a foundation that supports every aspect of your business: an operational base where you and your team can stay organized, complete projects efficiently, and provide a high-level experience to clients.
Using ClickUp to support your vision of productivity and impact will enable you to create a streamlined internal process, and this will reflect externally and attract your dream clients.
