Here are some aspects that I looked for:

The best part is its ‘Developer Hub’, which gives you customization freedom. I tested this functionality and found it surprisingly intuitive. Building a basic sales pipeline with customizable stages only took a few minutes.

Another feature small teams would love is its AI writing assistant. It can help you manage your communications [content generation] and lead-related tasks such as follow-ups (formula builder and task generation).
