It’s not uncommon to have employees spread across different time zones these days. It can be hard to contact someone when it’s 2 a.m. in their respective time zone. You have to respect the time zones of your team members. In other words, try to adjust the time that best suits others. 

Always specify time zones together with the time of the scheduled meeting. Remember to check any national or religious holidays within the countries of your employees.
