A Denizli software studio moved its product, development, design, and project management teams off Trello and into one ClickUp workspace. Project manager Eda Kuş now leans on sprint templates, automations, and AI agents to erase the repetitive setup and reporting that used to start every cycle a step behind.

When I call an agent, it reads the instructions I set, checks our project health, and writes the report exactly the way I would myself — that used to be hours of my week."

A year ago, Ratel chased its delivery across three tools at once. Trello carried the tasks, Google Sheets and Docs carried the reporting, and Miro carried the boards. Every sprint, the team rebuilt the same milestones and dashboard views from scratch, then stitched the reporting picture together by hand. Referencing a task, a doc, or a code branch meant hunting across tabs.
The studio kept shipping good client work — but each cycle started a step behind, paying a quiet tax in setup time no one had chosen.
Ratel runs on one workspace. Product, development, design, and project management share it, and the repetitive setup runs itself: sprint templates generate each cycle's board and dashboard, automations tag deliverables and roll unfinished work into the next sprint, and ClickUp Brain drafts deliverable descriptions.
For reporting, Eda calls an agent that reads her instructions and returns a project-health report in the exact shape she wants. The PM workload that used to pile up on rebuilding and tagging now clears in the background, which means more of the studio's time goes to building the apps clients are paying for.
A: "The automations and templates, without question. They're life-changing for me. I'm a volunteer with a project-management organization too, and I've encouraged them to adopt ClickUp just for those features."
