These ClickUp Labs Additional Terms ("Labs Terms") apply to your access to and use of ClickUp Labs, including any features, products, or services that Mango Technologies, Inc. DBA ClickUp ("ClickUp") makes available through ClickUp Labs or otherwise identifies as subject to these Labs Terms ("Labs Features"). Labs Features may be designated as alpha, beta, preview, experimental, early access, or by a similar designation.

These Labs Terms are incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the ClickUp Terms of Service ("Terms of Service"). Capitalized terms not defined in these Labs Terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, these Labs Terms control solely with respect to Labs Features. All other provisions of the Terms of Service remain unchanged. By accessing or using Labs Features, you agree to these Labs Terms.

1. Participation and Access

Participation in ClickUp Labs is voluntary. You may access Labs Features by turning on ClickUp Labs in your ClickUp Workspace Settings. Access to one Labs Feature does not entitle you to access any other Labs Feature or to continued access to that feature. You may stop participating by discontinuing use of Labs Features and, where available, disabling them.

2. Pre-Release Status

Labs Features are provided for evaluation and testing and may be incomplete, contain errors, produce inaccurate results, or operate differently from generally available Services. They may cause interruptions, compatibility issues, or loss or corruption of Content. You should evaluate their suitability before using them in production and should not rely on them for business-critical operations.

ClickUp does not commit to making any Labs Feature generally available, maintaining its functionality, or including it in any future product or subscription. Any generally available version may differ materially from the Labs Feature, including in functionality, availability, and pricing. Unless ClickUp expressly agrees otherwise in writing, Labs Features are excluded from any service-level, uptime, support, or maintenance commitments applicable to generally available Services.

ClickUp may change or end a Labs Feature or your access to it without advance notice. Content, configurations, and other work created or stored in a Labs Feature may not be retained or compatible with later versions, and ClickUp does not undertake to migrate them to another feature or version.

3. Feedback

ClickUp may request feedback, suggestions, test results, or other input about Labs Features ("Feedback"). Section 6 (Feedback) of the Terms of Service applies to Feedback, including Feedback specifically requested by ClickUp as part of ClickUp Labs. Your participation does not require ClickUp to implement or respond to any Feedback.

4. Content and AI Features

Access to or use of Labs Features does not grant ClickUp any additional right or license to use or share your Content beyond the rights granted under the Terms of Service or otherwise expressly agreed by you. The designation of a feature as a Labs Feature does not, by itself, authorize a new use of your Content.

To the extent a Labs Feature includes ClickUp AI, the ClickUp AI Additional Terms also apply to that AI functionality. These Labs Terms do not expand the categories of information permitted to be processed through ClickUp AI or override the data-use restrictions or healthcare requirements in those AI terms.
