Task Owl VA, LLCVSP Certified Seller
ClickUp workspaces for small teams who are done searching for their work and ready to move it forward.
About
Task Owl is an operations consulting and Online Business Manager practice led by Laurie McAleenan, an Accredited OBM and Certified AI-Integrated Virtual Assistant. I serve small business owners and founders, including financial advisory firms, who juggle too many tools and carry too much in their heads. I build ClickUp workspaces around how each team already works, with workflows, automations, document hubs, and templates. Every build includes live team training. Clients who want ongoing support choose a monthly retainer for adjustments, new automations, user onboarding, and quarterly workspace reviews.
“I built a ClickUp VA Support Hub with step-by-step how-to guides, video clips, and templates, so new assistants could onboard and complete recurring tasks without needing the founder to explain each step.”

What a VSP does for you
Managed ClickUp help that stays with your team
Verified Service Providers are ClickUp-credentialed partners who run your workspace as a service - so you get the platform without having to become the admin.
They work in your workspace
A VSP doesn’t hand you a template and leave. They operate inside your ClickUp environment - configuring, managing, and improving it with you so you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Ongoing management, not one-time setup
This is managed services: daily support, workspace upkeep, AI agents, automations, and continuous optimization - built for partnership, not a weekend install.
Trained, certified, and authorized by ClickUp
Every Verified Service Provider completes ClickUp’s certification program. You’re connecting with someone we’ve vetted to sell and deliver managed ClickUp services.
