Industry: Marketing agency | Employees: 1–10 | Use case: Unified sales CRM, client delivery, and AI-driven operations
OnMedia is a Nairobi digital marketing agency where sales, client delivery, marketing, and ops all run in one ClickUp workspace. Founder Daniel Ndege built four Super Agents that surface overdue work, keep deals moving, and turn a one-line request into a scoped task with an owner, so follow-up no longer routes through him.

Now I describe it in a sentence and it comes back as a task in the right list, with the right owner and enough detail for someone to pick it up. That one change has been worth more than any of the flashier AI use cases."

Now the workspace holds the whole business. Sales runs as a real CRM on linked Deals, Companies, People, and Outreach lists with a defined pipeline, while client delivery and OnMedia's own marketing sit beside it. Four Super Agents keep it honest: Ops AI surfaces overdue and unowned work daily, Sales Ninja reads the inbox and moves deals when prospects reply, Deadline Dale guards delivery dates, and Ticha tracks the team's upskilling.
When one client's ad numbers looked inflated, the diagnosis became owned fixes in the same session, protecting media spend from revenue the ads never produced.
A: "The Jeota website rebuild. Ops AI didn't just tell us the project was in trouble. It surfaced the exact cluster of overdue work, helped us replan it when we asked, and then went back and checked that the overdue work had actually been cleared. Summarising tasks is useful but expected. Following up to confirm the fix actually happened is what you'd want from a good ops person, and it isn't what I assumed an AI agent in a task tool would do."
