I’m Sky, a project manager (CAPM, PMO-CP, Six Sigma Black Belt) and a ClickUp Verified Service Provider. A tool doesn’t build a plan, so I start there: a project plan with tasks, dependencies, risks and a dashboard, built inside ClickUp for owners and small teams who have big projects and no single place to see them. Then you choose what happens next. I train your team to run it, or I review it every week and keep it honest. I led retail teams at a multi-state company, so I build plans that hold up when work gets busy.
