Dawnlight is a fractional Chief of Staff and online business management practice. I'm Roxy Taylor, an executive operations leader with 20+ years across healthcare technology, automotive, real estate imaging, and professional services. I work with founders and small teams who are stretched thin and need someone to own the operational side: priorities, project tracking, follow-through, and the rhythm of the week. Everything runs in ClickUp.
