We're looking for a Head of EMEA Channel sales to build, implement, and scale high velocity channel programs. You will work closely with cross functional teams including partner marketing, partner enablement, professional services, and partner operations to build light touch, high impact channel programs. You will be responsible for owning the business strategy, channel sales team performance, and overall revenue-generating outcomes.
The Role:
  • - Design and develop a channel strategy for recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and growing an ecosystem of meaningful partner relationships.
  • - Implement a channel sales model.
  • - Lead a team of dedicated regional channel sales managers focused on revenue generation, product differentiation, and partnership innovations.
  • - Manage strategic negotiations and complex partnership structures.
Qualifications:
  • - The ability to influence and be a natural leader.
  • - A passion for building complex programs and dynamic teams.
  • - Strategy oriented with superior problem solving abilities.
  • - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and communicate across internal and external stakeholders.
  • - 10+ years of software sales and management.
