We’re looking for an Inside Sales Rep who has a proven track record of success and is looking for an opportunity to make a big impact. You are a solution seller by nature, training, and experience, who is genuinely curious, confident speaking with customers from a wide range of company sizes, regions, and verticals.

You’re persuasive, a self-starter, a good listener, while having a high degree of personal accountability in maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Since a majority of your time will be spent in front of customers, we expect an infectiously positive attitude when prospecting, presenting, and closing!

ClickUp is different - our teams are connected, and if you need something developed in order to make a large sale, we will allocate resources to get pretty much anything developed within a week. In line with our philosophy around development, we believe automation is key to a great sales system, and you’ll be assisting with marketing automation as well as new ideas for automation to ensure the most efficient process possible.

As we continue moving upmarket, we’ll need to lead our strategic shift away from our purely self-service strategy. You’ll be responsible for this transition as well as ensuring the pipeline for self-service remains in place for those that want it.

We are not interested in aggressive or annoying sales tactics - we believe the product is the real reason for converting. Our secret sauce should be framed around how we can ensure people see the value of the solution we provide.

The Role:
  • - Achieve and consistently exceed monthly pipeline and sales targets by converting free trials, marketing-qualified leads, or demo requests into paid customers.
  • - Perform customer presentations and demos via online web conferencing tools.
  • - Consistently build and deliver an accurate pipeline via CRM, including clear and concise notes.
  • - Comfort in prospecting through cold calling, social selling and asking for referrals
  • - Work with the Growth and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation and sales conversion tools.
  • - Identify customer segments and new opportunities to improve the quality of the sales pipeline.
  • - Help craft our sales scripts, prospect messaging, and sales playbook.
  • - 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • - 2+ years of SaaS sales cycle experience
  • - Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • - Well organized with effective activity and time management skills
  • - Understanding of funnels and moving prospects through them
  • - Experience with CRM and sales productivity tools like Outreach or SalesLoft
  • - Be a team player, you enjoy getting your hands dirty when needed
  • - You LOVE work as much as we do and can dedicate your life to this while it gets off the ground
  • - Experience with project management software or other productivity tools
  • - Experience with e-commerce signup flows and field sales
  • - You prefer building rapport with customers over annoying, aggressive sales tactics
