We’re looking for an Inside Sales Rep who has a proven track record of success and is looking for an opportunity to make a big impact. You are a solution seller by nature, training, and experience, who is genuinely curious, confident speaking with customers from a wide range of company sizes, regions, and verticals.
You’re persuasive, a self-starter, a good listener, while having a high degree of personal accountability in maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. Since a majority of your time will be spent in front of customers, we expect an infectiously positive attitude when prospecting, presenting, and closing!
ClickUp is different - our teams are connected, and if you need something developed in order to make a large sale, we will allocate resources to get pretty much anything developed within a week. In line with our philosophy around development, we believe automation is key to a great sales system, and you’ll be assisting with marketing automation as well as new ideas for automation to ensure the most efficient process possible.
As we continue moving upmarket, we’ll need to lead our strategic shift away from our purely self-service strategy. You’ll be responsible for this transition as well as ensuring the pipeline for self-service remains in place for those that want it.
We are not interested in aggressive or annoying sales tactics - we believe the product is the real reason for converting. Our secret sauce should be framed around how we can ensure people see the value of the solution we provide.
