Training Specialist

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to be a part of building a world-class ClickUp Education and Training program for a blend of our customers, partners, and internal team members. You'll help us to drive awareness and adoption so our users can truly maximize ClickUp and best implement the platform for their team!
The Role:
  • - Work with the Customer Enablement Manager to set up a new education program for ClickUp customers through multiple methods of delivery.
  • - Develop and deliver high-quality training experiences to enable our customers' success and ensure adoption.
  • - This includes self-service, instructor-led, webinars, custom-tailored customer training, and others!
  • - Work closely with Product Management to develop training materials.
  • - Partner with internal enablement and onboarding teams to train internal employees.
  • - Partner with customer success and professional services to determine best practices and scope custom & tailored customer training.
  • - Define and manage a repository for training content.
  • - Collect and analyze data to evaluate learning program effectiveness.
  • - Some travel may be required (post-COVID-19) for onsite customer training.
  • - Contribute to the development of training and education strategy including.
  • - Define content strategy, framework, learning paths, and courses for eLearning.
  • - Define certification program for different role types.
  • - Identify and define key metrics for assessing training effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • - 3+ yrs in education/training development.
  • - Clear and empathetic communicator who has customer onboarding experience.
  • - An excitement for training that gets you energized to lead training and connect with customers.
  • - Experienced in both delivery of training as well as defining and building content, ideally for SaaS products.
  • - Ideally a background in Project Portfolio Mgmt or Collaborative Work Management space.
  • - Strong project management skills.
  • - Strong interpersonal skills, building relationships and influence others to get things done, and prioritization.
  • - Experience working with partner enablement, alliance, certification programs.
Bonuses:
  • - PMP, Agile/SCRUM certification.
  • - Prior experience building certification & badging programs.
