Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketer to join us in our mission to save people time by making the world more productive.

For this role, we're looking for someone with experience bringing new products and industry solutions to market. You will lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across key market segments.

This is a highly collaborative role, and you'll partner closely with product, sales, customer success, content, and creative to help convey to prospects and customers how we can help them drive growth through greater productivity.

The Role:
  • - Deeply understand customers by conducting interviews, listening to calls, running surveys, and analyzing internal data for key insights.
  • - Develop messaging and positioning that will be used throughout the company to generate awareness and interest in our platform.
  • - Create compelling content (e.g. blogs, videos, white papers, webinars) that clearly conveys the value of our platform to the market.
  • - Work closely with the enablement team on pitch decks, collateral, and training to enable success for our sellers.
  • - Work with the product team to influence feature development and prioritization of feature requests, based on market demand, competitive intelligence and sales and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
  • - 5+ years direct experience in SaaS Product Marketing.
  • - Experience leading go-to-market efforts for new solutions, verticals, or products.
  • - Experience supporting a sales team with content, toolkits, and pitch materials.
  • - Ability to tackle ambiguous problems by breaking them down into clear and logical project plans.
  • - Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).

  • - Produce exceptional and intuitive messaging tailored to educating each unique customer segment.
  • - Create an unified brand voice across landing pages, search and social campaigns, and content channels.
  • - Conduct user research and analyze adoption/usage to create buyer personas and customer journeys.
  • - Translate technical updates and feature releases into clear points of value for customers.
  • - Drive awareness, consideration, and adoption from marketing to sales to customer success.
  • - Own and update collateral for sales and marketing, including case studies, blog content, and talk tracks.
