This role truly is an unprecedented opportunity to have an immense impact and lead exponential growth into the next chapter for ClickUp. You’ll be working with me every day in improving our product to fulfill our one and only mission of making the world more productive.

As a product team, we've focused solely on improving the product and adding new features. Along the way, for that reason, we've somewhat neglected to focus on optimizing onboarding experiences, templates, and unlocking growth potential through testing.

This role is aimed at filling that void in unlocking the next phase of product growth. We currently get over 10,000 new signups every single day, and if we can just improve activation or retention by 5% over time, that's a massive leap towards our mission.

The Role:
  • - Optimize onboarding through testing and research.
  • - Increase retention and activation through helper guides and tours.
  • - Improve templates and oversee the launch of our community template center.
  • - Evaluate existing onboarding funnel optimization opportunities and conduct large-scale hypothesis-driven feature development through qualitative and quantitative research and A/B, multivariate tests.
  • - Generate and go deep on user insights, competitive intelligence, and data analytics to learn what works and doesn’t to deliver growth-driving product innovation and iteration.
  • - Conduct post-launch evaluations that measure the success of new products in hitting KPIs.
  • - Be the source of truth for product questions, plans, and our vision as it relates to your growth projects.
  • - Join the Product Growth team at the ground floor and have a say in how we define Product Growth at ClickUp.
  • - Work every day with the CEO.
  • - Work directly with a one-of-a-kind team of designers to bring your ideas to life.
  • - Survey customers to determine product changes and feature planning.
  • - Evaluate new technologies and new integrations to add to the analytics and growth tech stack.
Qualifications:
  • - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Growth Product Manager.
  • - Previously led a team of engineers and designers; owned a roadmap, managed sprints, and drove the team towards achieving measured goals.
  • - Unparalleled understanding of user acquisition and retention in a consumer-grade SaaS environment.
  • - Ability to learn from rapid failures; an entrepreneurial self-starter who takes ownership over his/her work.
  • - Super strong ability to use metrics to inform decision-making. Amplitude, A/B testing, SQL, and other BI tools.
  • - Obsessive communication and collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional peers.
  • - Possess strong verbal, written, and visual presentation abilities.
  • - Strong familiarity with behavioral and game mechanics in user research and experience.
  • - Comfort with a dynamic, fast-growing flat culture and environment.
  • - Ability to structure and solve complex problems with minimal supervision.
