You’ll start hands-on in building up the foundation from scratch (with assistance of director of marketing and content manager) and gradually increasing the spend to exceed $1 million monthly ad spend.
Primarily, we’ll be using social and search channels to scale the campaigns. We’ll be using a wide variety of data to proactively predict which channels will convert over time.
You must have experience managing at least $100k monthly ad spend - and you must have the willingness to do this hands-on. You will be creating the ads from start to finish (at least in the beginning) along with our lean marketing team and myself.
