We are looking for a internal Knowledge Base Program Manager to kickstart our internal knowledge base team! The Knowledge Base Program Manager is excited to lead the overall design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the KCS and developing the supporting data architecture.
The Role:
  • - Assumes a lead role in designing the organization's centralized internal knowledge base system into a single content management system.
  • - Defining the internal standards and best practices surrounding the use of knowledge management techniques and applications.
  • - Studies business functions and interviews SMEs to create content and deploy a training strategy to address workflow inefficiencies, introduce new systems/programs and policies.
  • - Perform content analysis, document management, data capture, workflow, collaboration, and information dissemination.
  • - Stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels within the business including executives.
  • - Provide performance metrics to relevant teams on the effectiveness and usage of knowledge base articles.
  • - Provides guidance and direction to other professionals, acts in a consulting and/or advisory capacity; coordinates resolution of highly complex problems and tasks, possesses ability to meet and operate under deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • - 3+ years of knowledge management experience.
  • - Experience in scaling an internal knowledge system for a hyper-growth startup.
  • - Demonstrated experience creating KB articles for a technology platform.
  • - Excellent facilitation, program/activity management, and written and oral communication skills.
  • - Experience in copy editing.
Desirable:
  • - Experience with Salesforce platform.
  • - BA/BS or Associate's degree OR related technical training OR equivalent work experience.
