As the Head  of Product Management, Growth, you will focus on driving user growth globally across our platform.  You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives focused on unlocking great user experience based on data and insights. Your primary goals will be increasing activation, adoption, and retention.  You’llown the strategy for your squads alongside the Group Product Managers and ensure your teams are working within the right strategic guardrails.

What you will be doing:
  • - Product Leadership: Provide impactful strategic contributions to how the Product Leadership Team operates and help shape the priorities of the Product function.
  • - Own onboarding, activation, and retention: your org will own the journey from new user to active user and ultimately, paid user.
  • - Strategy & Goals: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of ClickUp's overall and group-specific strategy to identify and execute on opportunities to further transform the way teams work together.
  • - Analytical and Critical Thinker: You employ a thoughtful process to analyze data and problem solving to reach well-reasoned solutions.  You use data to showcase the value of marketing activities/events.
  • - M&A: Maintain priorities for and champion acquisitions that impact our product maturity.
  • - Culture Coach: You exemplify and partner effectively with clients and colleagues, to drive our culture and execute on our common goals.
  • - Partnership with Engineering: Responsible for the health of working relationships with Engineering Directors.
  • - Cross Functional Collaboration: You lead and guide a cross-functional team of engineering, design, marketing, operations, analytics, and other cross functional partners; drive strategic alignment across multiple teams and functions.
  • - Vision Alignment: Establishes a compelling team purpose that is aligned to overall organizational vision.
  • - Inspire the team: Recruit, mentor, and build a high performing team of Product Managers.
Qualifications:
  • - 7+ years experience in Product Management experience, at least 3+ years in growth.
  • - 2+ years experience of people management experience, including past leadership of other growth PMs and best practices for hiring, building and developing a team.
  • - Experience developing a strategy, executing against it, and delivering measurable results.
  • - Experience developing a strategy, executing against it, and delivering measurable results.
  • - Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders, from individual contributors to executive leadership to understand complex information and influence.
  • - Clear and effective written communication that leads to fast decision-making.
  • - Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data, including a combination of data from multiple sources.
  • - Excellent eye for detail and demonstrated obsession with building great user experiences.
  • - Ability to work with ambiguity and be flexible/nimble.
  • - Strong analytical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • - Demonstrated ability to work closely and partner with functions across the business.
  • - Excellent at understanding and managing business impact across a wide range of product domains.
  • - Capable of making key pricing and packaging recommendations.
  • - You inspire trust with team members and are able to drive change in a positive and productive way.
