As the Deal Desk Coordinator you have the opportunity to be where the action is! Deal Desk is the hub of the organization. You'll be working with the other phenomenal members of Rev Ops, Legal, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Customer Support, Engineering, and Enterprise Solutions!

The Deal Desk Coordinator is a trusted advisor who helps close deals with marquee customers! You'll help solve unique problems and answer complex questions that arise in our mission to meet our customers' needs!

To be successful in this role, you must be excellent at cross-functional communications, data-driven, customer-oriented, and have very strong business acumen. This role is a true value-add partner to our sales team as we continue to drive forward at record pace.
The Role:
  • - Responsible for actively working with sales, legal, revenue accounting, and engineering on deal structuring.
  • - Collaborate on pricing, product, and commercial terms for non-standard new business deals, insertion orders, and renewals.
  • - Be relied upon to support all stakeholders when complex deals are presented by the sales organization.
  • - Be a trusted member of the deal desk, ensuring the company has infrastructure in place to succeed in providing the best customer experience.
  • - Serve as the primary liaison between the cash application team, billing team, and salesforce team to facilitate the deal workflow process across multiple systems.
  • - Become an expert on non-standard terms and their impacts on our financial statements.
  • - Support Account Executives on mid-market and ENT contracts, developing solutions that are consistent with business practices and policies.
  • - Assist the RevOps team in educating stakeholders, especially surrounding regulatory guidance.
Qualifications:
  • - 1+ year of revenue accounting experience, OR 1+ year of Deal Desk experience at a SaaS company, OR other equivalent experience.
  • - Salesforce experience required.
  • - Ironclad experience preferred.
  • - Ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • - Strong understanding of quote-to-cash and deal lifecycles.
  • - Expert level MS Excel skills.
  • - Willingness to partner with other departments that may have competing priorities.
  • - Understanding of when to raise concerns to team leadership.
