Now, with over 100,000 teams, it’s time to add fuel to the fire and scale up sales and marketing alongside our organic product led growth!
We’re in search of a leader who will be responsible for the development of sales strategy, execution, and performance. You will work directly within our executive team as the “go-to” problem solver and thought leader for sales. Your emphasis is always how ClickUp solves a customer’s problem. You’ll work hands-on to evolve a sales system based around product and demos into something rock solid that scales.
You shouldn’t be afraid of jumping in sales reps’ demos and asserting yourself. We’re looking for a player coach who remembers the hustle. As Director of Sales, you will make sales hires, set commission goals, and motivate and develop sales reps. Additionally, you will work closely with senior leaders across Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product. At ClickUp, our teams are tightly connected, and if you need something developed in order to win a meaningful account, we can and will allocate resources to get it released within two weeks.
As we continue moving upmarket, we’ll need to shift away from our purely self-service strategy. You’ll be responsible for this transition as well as ensuring the pipeline for self-service remains in place for those that want it.
We are not interested in aggressive or annoying sales tactics. Our secret sauce is helping people see the value of the solution we provide and stepping in to assist product led growth.
