Watch Out For
- The Whiteboard view works best with 3 to 8 participants. Larger groups produce too many sticky notes to prioritize effectively. Split into smaller teams and merge results.
- Whiteboard features require the ClickUp Business plan or higher. Free and Unlimited plans can use the List view but not the visual brainstorming surface.
- For external sharing with stakeholders who do not have ClickUp accounts, export the Dashboard as a PDF or create a public sharing link with view-only access.
