The problem is the constant context switching. On average, knowledge workers like you and me are&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/worklab\/work-trend-index\/breaking-down-infinite-workday\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">interrupted every 2 minutes<\/a> by a meeting, email, or notification. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every interruption breaks your momentum, steals your focus, and forces you to repeat answers you\u2019ve already given ten times. I\u2019m <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/clickup.com\/blog\/internal-knowledge-base\/\">building a Q&amp;A knowledge base<\/a> inside ClickUp.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before, those answers would disappear into inboxes or chat logs.
