Whilst supporting IPM Software on a ClickUp implementation for a remote client, their day-to-day communication looked like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Slack threads exploding with bug reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WhatsApp messages asking for SOPs at all hours (including 11 p.m. in the night)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Endless email chains so long they &#8220;could have been books that had chapters&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Important decisions, updates, and requests were buried across tools. Managers couldn\u2019t see the full picture. Team members felt like they were drowning in notifications.
