This information is synthesized by a trained AI model and delivered directly to the dialer screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, when a prospect answers the phone, the rep&#8217;s dashboard instantly displays what matters: a tailored sales script, summarized context, and relevant details about the contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No rushing or toggling between tabs.<br>No more memory gymnastics.<br>No panic trying to figure out how to keep the prospect engaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The result? Just confidence and clarity from the first hello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since implementing this, we\u2019ve seen a lift in <a href=\"https:\/\/clickup.com\/blog\/conversion-rate-metrics\/\">conversion rates<\/a> and call effectiveness. In particular, choosing the right AI model was critical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We tested multiple models for different use cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gemini<\/strong> performed best for structured, rule-based tasks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>GPT<\/strong> handled more creative prompts and flexible phrasing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Claude<\/strong> had decent real-time performance, but still lagged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perplexity<\/strong> became essential when we needed <em>up-to-date<\/em> web context, like recent company initiatives or hiring news. No other model came close to freshness and relevance <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s the nuance: even the \u201cright\u201d model wasn\u2019t enough without tight prompt design, accurate data queries, and live validation. Our first versions failed because of three consistent problems:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bad data queries from the warehouse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poor prompt engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misalignment between what reps needed and what the system delivered<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, a prompt might tell a rep the prospect is on a free plan when they\u2019re actually a paid customer. That\u2019s a credibility-killer.
