It was <em>really <\/em>distracting for the team.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The incoming personal messages flooded our inboxes, asking, \u201cWhere is it? Where is that? Where is it? Where is that?\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It felt like we were constantly in a FAQ position. Some days, it felt like we spent more than half of a working day describing to people where something was. We are trying to add our personal attention to each designer so that they can have the most personalized career path.<\/p>\n<p>But this approach has disadvantages for the management: it\u2019s hard to keep <a href=\"https:\/\/clickup.com\/blog\/hr-software\/\">HR related information<\/a> in place and find everything in a few clicks.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s why we came up with the idea of the
