Identify and focus on those metrics that are most important to the success of the project. I regularly update data and refresh visualizations to ensure they accurately depict current project progress.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How often I update my dashboard depends on the nature of the project and the rate at which data changes. For fast-paced projects with constantly shifting deadlines, as with new kinds of projects you haven\u2019t tackled before, daily updates may become necessary. Weekly or bi-weekly updates may suffice for slower-moving and predictable or repetitive projects.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The key is to establish a regular update schedule and stick to it.
