ClickUp is by far the best. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once set up, ClickUp will reduce internal email, make it easy to delegate tasks, and display the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.clickup.com\/spaces\/why-use-custom-statuses\">status<\/a> of all projects from one central dashboard. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ClickUp is great for customer service teams as it streamlines the process of <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.clickup.com\/integrations\/github\">reporting bugs<\/a> or any feedback to your development team.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"6-how-my-team-uses-clickup-\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>How my team uses ClickUp<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Well, one example is when a user reports a bug. We immediately <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.clickup.com\/tasks\/creating-a-task\">create a task<\/a> under a Project named \u2018Bugs\u2019 and a List called \u2018Hotfix (Client Reported)\u2019. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Within that task, we include all the necessary information that the client has shared with us as well as the location that the ticket can be found. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We, then, assign the task to the developer in charge of fixing the issue so it gets immediate attention. The task activity feed allows the entire team to stay in the loop so we know exactly when to follow up with a client and let them know we have either fixed their issue or hit a speed bump. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ClickUp helps to bridge the gap between our CS team and development team and ensures that we get bugs reported and resolved as quickly as possible. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"7-2-slack-\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <a href=\"https:\/\/slack.com\/\"><b>Slack<\/b><\/a><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Slack is basically instant messenger on steroids! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have the ability to setup public channels with your team as well as private, 1 on 1, chats. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are a ton of apps that allow you to <a href=\"https:\/\/clickup.com\/integrations\/slack-project-management\">integrate with Slack<\/a> which enables you to centralize all notifications into this intuitive software! <\/span><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"8-how-my-team-uses-slack-\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>How my team uses <a href=\"https:\/\/clickup.com\/blog\/slack-project-management\/\">Slack<\/a>:<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here at ClickUp, we\u2019re obsessed with Slack! I could go on and on about how we use this amazing app. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the sake of time, I\u2019ll tell you just one way that has really helped our Customer Service team. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have two <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.clickup.com\/integrations\/slack-notifications?_ga=2.258222602.162736282.1516500747-804159583.1516500747\">channels dedicated to Client Success<\/a>, one being \u2018CS\u2019 and another called \u2018CS-tips\u2019. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Having these channels creates <a href=\"https:\/\/clickup.com\/blog\/team-communication\/\">open communication<\/a> between our team members and helps to get instant feedback or answers on questions that we may have. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a client writes in with an inquiry that one of us may not completely know the answer to, Slack makes it easy for us to quickly post in our CS channel and get an answer almost instantly (depending on your team member\u2019s WPM). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If it\u2019s a common question or practice, we will then pin the answer in our \u2018CS-tips\u2019 channel for team members to recall later if needed. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"9-3-front-\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <a href=\"https:\/\/frontapp.com\/\"><b>Front<\/b><\/a><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This application is a shared inbox that allows you to manage all customer conversations within one place. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With Front, you have the ability to assign messages to teammates, write comments for internal collaboration, snooze emails to respond later, quickly chat with clients, and create templates for common questions.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"10-how-my-team-uses-front-\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>How my team uses Front<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let\u2019s go back to my bug example! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When a client has written into Front to report a bug, we immediately begin creating a ClickUp task, and responding to our concerned client. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Within our custom <a href=\"https:\/\/clickup.com\/blog\/best-front-integrations\/\">ClickUp plugin built for Front<\/a>, we\u2019ve included a notes section that makes it easy to store information such as task URL\u2019s of bugs reported by that specific customer. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once we\u2019ve copied and pasted our bug URL into these notes, we write a quick comment within the email thread reminding ourselves or notifying any other team member about the issue the client has experienced and snooze the ticket for a few hours. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This helps ensure our client success team stays on the same page, remains on top of the bugs reported, and reaches out to the client in a timely manner. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trust me, the snooze and comments functions within Front are a CS Manager\u2019s best friend and will be a major factor in improving your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cloudtalk.io\/blog\/call-center-customer-service-tips\">customer service<\/a> process! <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"11-4-guru-\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <a href=\"http:\/\/getguru.com\"><b>Guru<\/b><\/a><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This browser extension is a knowledge management solution that keeps your customer-facing teams up-to-date, consistent, and confident with trusted knowledge that\u2019s accessible in every application you use. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support teams can use this to remember product nuances, known issues, and saved responses. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 id=\"12-how-my-team-uses-guru-\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>How my team uses Guru<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guru is a no-brainer (literally)! We use the Chrome extension alongside Front to easily access any quick replies that we\u2019ve saved for common questions or inquiries. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We also use it to store processes for reporting bugs, creating invoices, updating pricing, product explanations, etc. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s a great way to keep responses consistent and is extremely helpful when you bring on a new team member as they can locate all processes within one easy search. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A tip I have for your team is to put someone in charge of managing\/updating your Guru cards as processes and responses often change.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Looking for more ways to be productive?
