But that form alone won\u2019t be able to capture all their requirements correctly.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Why not interact with them directly, instead?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You\u2019ll be able to clearly understand what they need in the final product and clarify any concerns or issues easily!<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, to fully make use of the team\u2019s potential, an <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agile organization<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> needs to put their team\u2019s capabilities first. I mean, at the end of the day, they\u2019re the one who\u2019s responsible for the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">development process<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That\u2019s why <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agile practitioners<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are discouraged from overly depending on processes and tools.
